Have questions?
Do I need a visa to study?
You might need a visa. It depends on, among other things, how long you are planning on staying, what nationality/passport you hold.
Where is the best place to study English?
There are some great locations to study English. It depends to a large extent, on what your preferences are in terms of location. Do you want to be in the city centre or are you looking for a location that is more rural? We feature a choice of locations on our website.
Is it better to stay with a host family?
This is a tricky question to answer. In principle, staying with a host family can help you improve your language skills and get to know the culture of the country you are studying in. On the other hand, a student residence gives you the benefit of interacting with like-minded people from different cultures and backgrounds. Most of our partner schools offer a choice of both homestay and residence accommodation.
How long will it take to learn English?
It is difficult to predict but if you are starting from zero knowledge you should have a good grasp of the basics of the language you are studying within about twelve weeks.
