Do I need a visa for Italy?

You might need a visa. It depends on, among other things, how long you are planning on staying, and what nationality/passport you hold. If you hold an EU passport you definitely do not need a visa

I have booked a language experience programme to Italy on the Wiseward website? Do I need a visa?

You almost certainly do not need a study visa for the language experiences and courses offered on the Wiseward website; unless you are planning to stay longer than three months. Depending on your nationality you may need a visitor visa. Additional useful information can be found on the Italian Government website
