Conversation Club
An opportunity to meet up with fellow students of a similar language level in a local bar or Cafe to keep your conversational French going
Cine Club
The school shows both historical and modern movies in French, in school, once lessons have finished and students can then discuss the movie and maybe drink a glass of Californian wine and then discuss why French wines are better or different or...!!
Joggers Anonymous
Stay fresh in mind and body by joining fellow students on a jog around the botanical gardens and surrounding areas. Its a great way to get to know the area where you are studying and good for the soul as well!
Excursions
The school offers students the opportunity to explore other parts of Normandy both on full and half day tours. Check what the programme is on arrival for the weeks you are there

Situated in the heart of Rouen
Rouen is the capital of the northern French region of Normandy. It is a port city on the river Seine. Important in the Roman era and Middle Ages, it has Gothic churches, such as Saint-Maclou and Saint-Ouen, and a cobblestoned pedestrian area with many medieval half-timbered houses.
The skyline is dominated by the spires of Cathédrale Notre-Dame, much-painted by Impressionist Claude Monet. Today Rouen is a lively student city with many pleasant bars and restaurants and some excellent shopping areas
